Manage Reminders

Using this screen, you can edit Notification Requests and Reminders for other users or start a Reminder message send. From the menu, choose Toolbox Icon | Manage Reminders from the menu.

Editing Notification Requests and Reminders for Other Users

This screen lets you:

• Edit Notification Requests or Reminders for a person.
• Delete a guest user Email address signed up for Notifications or Reminders. Note: you can only delete the addresses for guest users. If an Email address belongs to a regular connectDaily EMail account, you will not be able to delete it.
• Add a person's address and create or edit a Notification Request.

If you have a lot of addresses in your system, the system will break them out by the character the addresses start with. So, for example, to edit the notifications for harry@sample.com, you would click on the "h" in the character list over the addresses.

Manually Initiating A Reminder Run

Selecting this option forces the system to re-read it's next reminder time from the database. Earlier versions of connectDaily worked differently but changes should make this unnecessary.
