Users can change their password by using the User Preferences Screen. To view the User Preferences Screen, select the Toolbox Icon | Preferences from the system menu. Once you're on the preferences screen, click on the key icon. The change password dialog (shown below) will appear.
System administrators can change the password for a User through the Edit Users screen. Select SYSTEM | SECURITY | USERS, and click on the pencil icon to the left of the User name.
The password cannot contain the user name, or any part of the account's full name.
